Gold up Rs2,400 per tola in Pakistan on 2 November

Gold prices in Pakistan rose on Monday 2 November 2026, with the sarafa association rate for 24-karat gold up Rs2,400 per tola after a sharp fall over the previous days.
According to All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association rates reported by both Mettis Global and Pakistan Matters, 24-karat gold reached Rs412,136 per tola, up Rs2,400, and Rs353,340 per 10 grams, up Rs2,058. Mettis also reported 22-karat gold at Rs323,906 per 10 grams, and 24-karat silver at Rs5,488 per tola, up Rs100. The association publishes its rates daily, and jewellers across Pakistan quote them as the day's benchmark before adding their own making charges.
Local rates only
The rise follows a significant decline over the previous three days, according to Pakistan Matters, which makes Monday's move a partial recovery rather than a new high. No single international spot price is cited here, because the two reporting outlets gave conflicting spot figures, while their local sarafa figures agreed exactly.
For buyers, the per-tola and per-10-gram rates are the figures that matter at the jeweller's counter, and they can vary by city and by making charges. Anyone buying should confirm the day's rate with their local sarafa association before completing a purchase.
