Applications for the Allianz Global Investors Graduate Programme 2027 close on Monday, 9 November 2026, giving graduates one final day to apply for a 16-month route into active asset management. The programme runs from September 2027 to December 2028, with 21 roles listed across Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Successful applicants rotate through different teams and functions, gaining exposure to strategic projects and building a broad understanding of the business. The programme includes an international rotation, professional certifications, mentorship and a dedicated learning and development curriculum designed to prepare graduates for a permanent role at AllianzGI.

Roles are available in Germany, in Frankfurt and Munich, in the United Kingdom in London, and in Asia in Singapore, Hong Kong and Tokyo. Careers International, which is overseeing the selection process, lists 21 open roles for the 2027 intake.

The selection process runs in stages. Interviews with Careers International take place between October and December 2026, followed by an online assessment in November and December. Interviews with hiring managers follow in January and February 2027, with a career day and offers in March 2027 ahead of the programme start on 1 September 2027.
