The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building in Islamabad, Pakistan

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has opened 32 posts for candidates holding a Balochistan domicile, with applications accepted online only through the National Job Portal. The six listings are live on the portal, which currently gives 30 November 2026 as the closing date for every post in the round.

The largest opening is for naib qasid, with 18 posts in BPS-01. The remaining posts are stenotypist, with five posts in BPS-14; upper division clerk, with three posts in BPS-13; lower division clerk, with two posts in BPS-11; driver, with two posts in BPS-04; and sanitary worker, with two posts in BPS-01. All 32 posts are for Balochistan domicile holders, and the posts are based in Islamabad.

For the stenotypist posts, applicants need Intermediate education, shorthand at 80 words per minute and typing at 40 words per minute, and must be computer literate. The age limit given in the advertisement is 18 to 25 years, with five years of general age relaxation and five years of additional relaxation for candidates from Balochistan. The recruitment is being carried out under criteria set by the Establishment Division, and the advertisement carries the reference PID(I) 3933/26.

Applicants should read the deadline carefully before applying. The ministry's original advertisement set a 15-day application window, and some listings derived from it give 8 November 2026, while the National Job Portal currently lists 30 November 2026 as the closing date for all six posts. The portal listing is the application route, so candidates should confirm the date shown on the National Job Portal listing for the post they want before they submit. Applications go through the portal only, and no fee should be paid to any agent.
