** BDO has opened applications for its 2027 Audit Graduate Programme in London, offering a starting salary of £33,000 a year — but the deadline is tomorrow, Sunday 8 November 2026. The three-year programme starts on Monday 20 September 2027 and leads to a recognised professional qualification and a permanent role.
What the programme involves
Graduates join one of four teams — the London Audit Group, Financial Services Audit, Public Sector Audit or Not For Profit — and build hands-on audit experience with clients across sectors. Over three years they work towards the ACA or CFAB qualification through ICAEW while taking on growing responsibility, including joining client calls and leading meetings.
Who can apply
Applicants need a minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline, three A-levels at grades A*–C or equivalent, and GCSEs at grade 4 or above in Maths and English. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK for the full three-year training contract, as BDO says it cannot provide visa sponsorship for these roles. BDO also states it does not use AI in candidate screening, with every application reviewed by a real person.
How to apply
Applications are made through BDO's careers site, followed by online assessments, a video interview, a virtual assessment centre and a final in-person interview. With the closing date this Sunday, candidates should apply now rather than waiting.
