Butlin's is recruiting Christmas seasonal staff at its Skegness and Bognor Regis resorts, with festive roles running from the start of December into the new year.

At Skegness, Christmas Bars Team Member roles run from 1 December 2026 until 7 January 2027, working 24 hours a week in the resort's bars and shops. Christmas Fairground Team Member roles at the same resort run from 1 December until 1 January 2027, working in the leisure department and the resort's fairground and soft play areas. Both are fixed-term, part-time posts.

At Bognor Regis, Butlin's is advertising a Seasonal Part Time Cleaner in its accommodation and guest services team, paying £13.21 an hour. Applications for that role close on 13 November 2026. Butlin's has not announced a total number of Christmas vacancies across its resorts, and roles are advertised resort by resort on its careers site.

How to apply

Applicants apply through the Butlin's careers site, where roles can be searched by resort and department. Shortlisted candidates are invited to a phone interview, followed by a group recruitment session lasting around three hours. A DBS check may be required for some roles and for staff who choose to live on resort. Seasonal staff work across the resorts' bars, restaurants, buffet areas, leisure facilities and accommodation teams during the Christmas period.
