** Gleeds is recruiting graduate project managers for its Leeds office, with applications for its 2027 Construct graduate programme closing on 15 November 2026. The global property and construction consultancy, which has operated for more than 150 years across 28 countries, is hiring graduates to work on projects that shape the built environment.

What the role involves Graduate project managers support senior project and programme managers, helping to plan, deliver and manage construction projects from planning through to handover. The work covers setting project goals and timelines, coordinating architects, engineers and contractors, managing budgets with quantity surveyors, keeping schedules on track and preparing reports and updates for clients.

Training and accreditation The Construct graduate programme offers real project experience, guidance from industry experts and full financial support for accreditation costs. Graduates work towards chartered status with bodies such as RICS, CIOB or APM, with help on paperwork, applications and recognised training. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a health cash plan and agile working arrangements.

Who can apply Applicants need a degree or master's degree, completed or completing by August 2027, in project management or a built-environment discipline — although Gleeds says it welcomes applicants from other fields who show passion for the discipline. Candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK.

How to apply Applications are made through Gleeds' own careers site, where the vacancy is advertised until 15 November 2026.
