Jio Rs 10,000 3-Year Plan: Unlimited 5G Until 2029

Reliance Jio has launched a prepaid mobile plan priced at Rs 10,000 that covers three years of service with a single recharge, in what the company describes as an industry first. The plan went on sale on 7 November 2026 and runs for 1,095 days, or 36 months.
The plan offers unlimited 5G data to eligible users, alongside 2.5 GB of high-speed data a day, unlimited voice calls and 100 SMS a day. Unlimited 5G works only with a 5G-capable phone in an area covered by Jio's True 5G network; outside that coverage, customers use the daily 2.5 GB allowance.
Alongside connectivity, the recharge bundles a JioHotstar Mobile and Hollywood subscription, a 12-month Canva Pro Lite subscription and 50 GB of JioAICloud storage. Jio says the price and benefits are locked in for the full three years, so customers are shielded from any tariff rises during that period.
Spread over 36 months, the plan works out at about Rs 278 a month, or roughly Rs 9 a day. Jio's existing Rs 3,599 annual plan offers the same daily data allowance and unlimited 5G, so buying it three times would cost Rs 10,797, about Rs 797 more than the new plan.
There are trade-offs. The Canva Pro Lite subscription covers only the first of the three years, and the full Rs 10,000 must be paid up front, effectively tying the customer to Jio for three years. The plan is available through the MyJio app, Jio.com, Jio stores and retail outlets across India.
The launch comes as competition in India's telecom market heats up, with Bharti Airtel reviving its Rs 299 entry-level plan at the same time.
