Kingston University London is inviting applications for its Graduate Scheme 2026/27, offering full-time permanent roles in the university's Directorate for Students, with a starting salary of £30,067 a year.

Successful applicants will join teams working on services, projects and initiatives that support the student experience, from answering student enquiries and coordinating projects to analysing data, managing systems and developing communications across several channels.

The scheme covers four named roles: Practice Placement Administrator, CSA Administrator, Information Centre Assistant and Student Engagement Administrator. Applicants order the advertised roles by preference as part of their application.

Recruitment is open to graduates who gained a degree in any subject between May 2024 and August 2026. Applicants do not need to be graduates of Kingston University, and the university says the roles offer a route into a long-term career in higher education as well as transferable skills for other sectors.

Applications must be submitted by 9 November 2026. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an assessment day on Tuesday 24 November 2026, followed by an in-person interview with a hiring panel for those who progress.

Applicants should note that the roles do not meet the eligibility requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship, so candidates who need permission to work in the UK must hold it through another route. Staff are expected to be on campus for most of the working week. Applications are made through Kingston University's jobs site.
