The Pakistan Military Accounts Department is hiring 11 Naib Qasid staff in BPS-01, with online applications closing on Wednesday 11 November 2026.

The department, which works under the Ministry of Defence, advertised the posts on 29 October 2026 under reference PID(I)3892/26. The hiring office is the Military Accountant General Office on Kashmir Road, Saddar, Rawalpindi.

Applications are made online only through the National Job Portal at njp.gov.pk, and no postal, courier or hand-delivered application will be accepted.

Who can apply

The single post needs only a Primary pass, and no experience, driving licence or trade certificate is required.

The age limit is 18 to 30 years, counted with effect from the closing date. A five-year general age relaxation is already included in the limit, and Balochistan candidates get a further five-year relaxation under the Establishment Division's one-time dispensation of 22 October 2026.

Recruitment runs at district level through Employment Cells in Balochistan, so that residents can attend near home.

There is no entry test and no written test. Selection is by walk-in interview, and only shortlisted candidates will be called.

No TA or DA is paid for the test or interview, and the department may increase or decrease the vacancies before final selection.

Government and semi-government employees must apply through the proper channel.
