Nestlé has opened applications for its 2027 graduate, placement and degree apprenticeship programmes across the UK, with the window closing on 27 November 2026.

The programmes cover engineering, human resources, supply chain, sales, marketing, digital technology and research and development, with roles at Nestlé sites across the country. Graduate roles typically start at around £32,000 a year, while several Level 6 degree apprenticeships pay £26,000 a year alongside study towards a recognised qualification.

Graduate schemes run for two years and start in September 2027. Degree apprenticeships combine paid work with degree-level study over several years. Applicants need the right to work in the UK and must be mobile across the country during the scheme.

Nestlé says applicants do not need to submit a CV, and only one application per recruitment cycle is allowed. Candidates complete a short application form and online strengths assessments, with assessment centres held in person between January and May 2027. Some roles may close early if enough applications are received, so the company advises applying early.

Level 3 apprenticeships open in January

Applications for Nestlé's Level 3 apprenticeships open later, from 11 January to 19 February 2027. Those programmes are aimed at school leavers and offer a route into the company without a degree.
