Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Offers 125 Contract Jobs in Balochistan, Apply by 16 November

Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal (PBM), the federal social welfare agency, is hiring 125 contract staff across 15 job titles in Balochistan, with applications closing on Monday 16 November 2026.
The posts run from BPS-04 to BPS-16 and cover administration, accounts, information technology, teaching and field work. Applications are made online only through the National Job Portal at njp.gov.pk; hard-copy and email applications will not be accepted. The advertisement was published on 1 November 2026 under reference PID(I) 4026/2026.
The largest groups are 16 Project Incharge posts for women, 16 Data Entry Operator posts, 15 Accounts/Audit Assistant posts, 15 Field Assistant posts and 14 Junior Clerk posts. There are also 13 Teacher Incharge posts, 10 Instructor posts, eight Computer Instructor posts and seven Teacher posts, alongside single posts for Assistant Private Secretary, Hardware Engineer and Dispatch Rider.
Three groups of posts
The vacancies fall into three groups: provincial-merit posts open across Balochistan; district posts under the Women Empowerment Centre programme in districts such as Quetta, Gwadar, Khuzdar, Lasbela, Loralai, Mastung, Noshki, Pishin, Sibi and Turbat; and teaching posts in the School for Rehabilitation of Child Labour programme in nine of those districts.
Who can apply and how
All posts are for Balochistan domicile holders, and district posts also need that district's domicile or local certificate. Age limits are mostly 18 to 30, rising to 50 for the empowerment-centre and child-labour school posts, with five years' general age relaxation. There is no written test; only shortlisted candidates are interviewed, with no travel allowance.
Candidates should read the terms of reference for their post on the National Job Portal and submit one online form per post before 16 November.
