The Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) is hiring 11 clerical and support staff, with online applications closing on Monday 23 November 2026.

The board, which works under the Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, advertised the posts under reference PID(I)4194/26. Applications are made online only through the National Job Portal at njp.gov.pk, and applications by hand or post will not be accepted.

The largest group is three Mali posts, alongside two Stenotypist posts, two Naib Qasid posts and two Security Guard posts, with a single Office Assistant post and a single Lower Division Clerk post. The posts are at the board's headquarters in Islamabad and its coaching centre in Quetta.

Who can apply and how

Office Assistant needs graduation and six weeks of basic IT training from the National Information Technology Board, while Stenotypist needs Intermediate with shorthand at 80 words per minute and typing at 40 words per minute. The Lower Division Clerk post needs Matriculation with typing at 30 words per minute. Mali, Naib Qasid and Security Guard need Middle or Primary education with relevant experience. The age limit for every post is 18 to 30 years.

The Office Assistant, Stenotypist and clerk posts are for Balochistan domicile holders, while the Mali, Naib Qasid and Security Guard posts carry a local Quetta quota. Shortlisted candidates for the first three posts will be called for tests and interviews, and the other three posts will be filled through walk-in interviews in Quetta on 30 November.
