The Pakistan Agricultural Research Council (PARC) is hiring 11 staff for its research centres in Quetta and Lasbella, with online applications closing on Friday 13 November 2026.

The council, which works under the Ministry of National Food Security and Research, advertised the posts on 30 October 2026 under reference PID(I)3948/26. All 11 posts are for candidates holding a Balochistan domicile, and applications are made online only through the National Job Portal at njp.gov.pk.

The posts are at the Balochistan Agricultural Research and Development Centre in Quetta and the Coastal Agricultural Research Institute in Lasbella. The largest groups are three Farm Attendant posts and two Lab Attendant posts, alongside two Driver posts and two Naib Qasid posts, with a single Scientific Assistant post.

Who can apply

Scientific Assistant needs Matric in science with a two-year field assistant or agricultural sciences diploma and eight years of experience, and the age limit is 30 years. Farm and lab attendants need Matric with five years of experience or a trade certificate, with an age limit of 35 years. Drivers need Matric, a valid LTV licence and three years of driving experience, and Naib Qasid needs Matric.

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a walk-in interview, and government servants must apply through the proper channel with a no-objection certificate.
