Second Man Charged With Murder of Moss Side Father-of-Three

A second man has been charged with the murder of a father-of-three who was stabbed to death in Moss Side, Manchester, almost six months ago.
Emeil Lee, 26, who is currently in HMP Forest Bank, has been charged with murdering Adrian Brown, 34. He is due to appear at Manchester and Salford Magistrates' Court on Monday 9 November.
Mr Brown was found with stab wounds on Raby Street in Moss Side on 8 May and died after being taken to hospital. Greater Manchester Police opened a murder investigation, led by the force's Major Incident Team.
Teenager charged earlier this week
Lee is the second person to be charged with murder in the case. A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged earlier this week with murdering Mr Brown and with possession of cannabis.
An 18-year-old, Taio Lee of Styal Road, Stockport, has been charged with an attempted Section 47 assault — an assault occasioning actual bodily harm — in connection with the same investigation.
Detectives say they are continuing to investigate Mr Brown's death and have appealed for information and footage from the night he was attacked. Anyone who can help is asked to contact Greater Manchester Police on 0161 856 2270 or 101, quoting log 4069 of 8 May 2026, or to contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
The charges are allegations. No one charged in the case has been convicted, and the cases will be heard in court.
