Barcelona kept the only perfect record in the UEFA Women's Champions League league phase with a commanding 8-0 victory away to HB Køge in Denmark on Thursday 29 October 2026. The holders led 2-0 at half-time before scoring six more goals after the break in a Matchday 3 display that left little doubt about the gap between the sides on the night.

Caroline Graham Hansen opened the scoring from the penalty spot in the 12th minute, on her 100th appearance in the competition, before Ewa Pajor doubled the lead in the 33rd minute. Barcelona were already in control at the interval, and the second half turned into a procession as the visitors kept pressing rather than settling for the points.

Seven scorers share the goals

Esmee Brugts headed in the third goal early in the second half, and Patri Guijarro added a clever back-heeled fourth. Clara Serrajordi then struck from distance to make it 5-0, before substitute Kika Nazareth swept home the sixth. Clàudia Pina completed the scoring with two late goals, in the 70th and 85th minutes, and was named player of the match.

The result underlined Barcelona's attacking depth, with seven different players on the scoresheet. Pajor's goal also continued a remarkable run: she has now scored in eight successive matches in the competition, equalling a record in the Women's Champions League and its predecessor, the Women's Cup.

Perfect record at the halfway stage

Barcelona reach the halfway point of the league phase two points clear of OL Lyonnes, Arsenal and Chelsea. HB Køge, despite the heavy defeat, remain in the top 12 on three points, so their hopes of reaching the knockout rounds are not ended by one difficult evening against the holders.
