Engineering Consultancy Services Punjab (ECSP) is hiring experienced professionals for eight posts at its Lahore head office, covering roads design, finance, law, public-private partnerships and information technology. The advertisement, posted on the company's own careers page on 1 November 2026, invites applications online through the ECSP website within 15 days of publication, which puts the closing date at 16 November 2026.

The senior opening is General Manager Roads and Highways (Design), for a civil engineer registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council with at least ten years of experience in highway geometric and pavement design, traffic engineering, drawings, bills of quantities and tender documents. ECSP is also hiring two Senior Managers (Finance), one Senior Manager (Information Technology), and one Manager each for legal affairs, public-private partnership and transaction advisory, and information technology, plus one Assistant Manager (IT) and draftsmen as required.

The finance role needs sixteen years of education in finance, accounting, commerce, economics or business administration, with eight years of financial management experience including four years in a managerial role. The legal manager must hold an LLB and have six years of experience in contracts, claims, disputes, procurement and concession agreements on infrastructure projects, with knowledge of the provincial and federal public-private partnership laws.

Applicants must apply online at ecsp.com.pk/career, completing the prescribed form and uploading scanned copies of educational documents, experience certificates, professional registration where applicable, a recent photograph and their CNIC. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. ECSP says the posts carry market-based salaries on a contract basis, no travel allowance will be paid, and it reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of posts or cancel the process.
