Ethereum steadied near $2,235 over the weekend, holding above the $2,200 level that traders are watching as the next test, even as money kept leaving US spot Ethereum funds for a sixth week in a row.

US spot Ethereum exchange-traded funds lost about $365 million in the week to 6 November, according to SoSoValue data, extending a losing streak that has now run for six weeks. The pace quickened late in the week, with roughly $100 million leaving on Thursday and another $93 million on Friday.

BlackRock's ETHA fund accounted for most of the exits, including about $90.8 million on Friday alone, while Fidelity's FETH fund took in a modest $15 million over the week. The funds have now shed about $1.6 billion in October and a further $365 million so far in November.

Ether traded around $2,235 over the weekend, well below the roughly $2,800 it was fetching in September. Support is clustered around $2,200 to $2,205, close to recent session lows, and the next test comes on Tuesday 10 November, when the US October consumer price report is due.

Spot ETF flows matter because the funds hold the token directly, so redemptions reflect institutional allocation decisions rather than derivatives speculation. With the Federal Reserve's December meeting also in view, traders are watching whether the outflows slow once fresh inflation data lands.
