Gujranwala Electric Power Company (GEPCO) has announced five BPS-17 posts for candidates holding a Balochistan domicile, in an advertisement published on 6 November 2026 (PID(L)1168/26). Recruitment is through the National Testing Service (NTS), and applications close at 11:59pm on 23 November 2026.

The five posts are two Junior Engineers (Electrical) / Sub-Divisional Officers and one Assistant Manager each in Customer Services (Revenue), Material Management and Management Information Systems / IT. The posts are on contract for an initial three years, extendable on satisfactory performance, with a lump-sum pay package, and selected candidates will serve anywhere within GEPCO's jurisdiction.

Only candidates holding a valid Balochistan domicile certificate are eligible. Applicants must hold 16 years of education in a relevant discipline. Applications are made online only, through the NTS website, with a separate form for each post; applications by hand or courier are not accepted. Candidates should read the full advertisement on the NTS website before applying and keep their application receipt, as NTS will issue the test schedule and roll number slip before the test.

GEPCO is the public-sector electricity distribution company serving Gujranwala and surrounding districts in Punjab, supplying power to more than 5.1 million consumers. The five posts are reserved under the Balochistan quota and form part of the company's Advanced Metering Infrastructure work.
