Knight Frank graduate scheme closes 13 November

Graduates hoping to start a property career with Knight Frank have until 11:59pm on Friday 13 November 2026 to apply for the firm's London graduate programme, which starts on 20 September 2027. The deadline covers the Advisory & Consulting pathway and the Markets & Transactions pathway, both based at the firm's Baker Street headquarters in London.
The Advisory & Consulting pathway is aimed at graduates interested in the analytical side of property, with rotations across teams covering valuation, asset management, portfolio solutions, strategic consultancy and market insights. The programme runs for up to five six-month rotations, giving graduates experience of live client work from their first weeks. Knight Frank's own listing says the work includes helping clients evaluate opportunities, manage risk and make decisions about property assets, portfolios and places.
The starting salary is £31,000, plus a £1,500 sign-on bonus and benefits including private medical insurance, a discounted gym membership and a cycle-to-work scheme. Applicants need a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline, and the firm says an RICS-accredited degree is helpful but not essential.
Graduates build the experience needed to sit the Assessment of Professional Competence and qualify as a chartered surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. Those with an RICS-accredited degree aim to qualify in November 2029, while those without one are supported through an RICS-accredited MSc in Real Estate alongside the job, aiming to qualify in March 2030. Applications are followed by an online Cappfinity assessment and a half-day assessment centre in January 2027, with offers communicated in the week beginning 25 January 2027. Candidates may apply to only one Knight Frank programme per recruitment season.
