KPMG has opened applications for its 2027 apprenticeship and graduate programmes, with opportunities across the UK in audit, tax, consulting, technology and business services. Roles begin in autumn 2027, and the firm is recruiting across offices including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Reading and Watford.

The apprenticeship routes include audit, tax and business administration. On the tax apprenticeship, recruits study for AAT Levels 3 and 4 before moving on to the ACA qualification, or the CA equivalent in Scotland, over five years. KPMG lists the annual salary for its tax and law apprenticeships at £25,500 to £28,000, depending on programme and location, while the two-year business administration apprenticeship carries the same salary range.

Entry requirements vary by programme. The tax apprenticeship asks for 120 UCAS points from a candidate's top three A-level grades, excluding general studies, or the Higher or Advanced Higher equivalent in Scotland. The business administration route asks for five GCSEs at grades 4 to 9, including English language and maths.

Graduate programmes are also open for autumn 2027, covering audit, consulting, tax and law, and technology and engineering. KPMG recruits on a rolling basis, so programmes can close once enough suitable applications have been received, and assessment days known as Launch Pad events run from 17 November 2026 to 5 May 2027. Candidates who need Skilled Worker sponsorship must have accepted an offer by 1 June 2027.

Applications are made through KPMG's careers website, where each programme page sets out its location, entry requirements and qualification. Applicants are advised to check the individual advert before applying, as requirements and closing arrangements differ between programmes.
