Jobseekers in north London can meet employers face to face at the London Careers Fair today, Friday 6 November, at Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End.

The fair runs from 10am to 2pm at The Broadway, Crouch End, London N8 9JJ. Entry is free, and visitors can register in advance on the UK Careers Fair website. The event is open to all industries, with live jobs, courses and apprenticeships on offer and the chance to speak directly to recruiters about roles, training and career-change routes.

Candidates can apply for roles on the day or talk to exhibitors about what each job involves, what support and training is offered, and which skills can be learned on the job. The organisers' jobs board lists 788 live opportunities across the UK, and exhibitors can post roles, courses and apprenticeships that are also broadcast to Google Jobs.

A large London jobs market

London's employment market covers finance, technology, healthcare, construction, creative work and much more, and the organisers' location guide puts the capital's employment rate for people aged 16 to 64 at 74.5% for July 2025 to June 2026. Transport for London is named in the guide as one employer example, with careers covering recruitment, apprenticeships, graduate routes and work experience — although the guide itself stresses that employer examples are not a promise of vacancies or attendance at the fair.

No employers are named as confirmed for this fair: the organiser's listing says line-ups can change right up to the day, so no employer claims are made here. Visitors are advised to arrive by 1pm to allow time at every stand, and to check the final details on the UK Careers Fair website before travelling. The fair is one of more than 50 careers fairs the organisers run across the UK each year.
