Nestlé Pakistan has opened its Apprenticeship Program 2026 at four factories — Sheikhupura, Kabirwala, Islamabad and Port Qasim in Karachi — giving young Pakistanis a paid route into skilled factory trades. Apprentices receive hands-on training, work with experienced technicians and earn a statutory stipend while they learn.

At the Sheikhupura factory, the trades on offer are Electrician General, Fitter General, Food Technologist, Laboratory Analyst, Machine Operator, Plant Operator and Process Operator. Training lasts between one and three years depending on the trade: machine operation runs for one year, plant and process operation for two, and the remaining trades for three. The minimum qualification is Matriculation with science subjects, and the maximum age at joining is 28 years. At the Islamabad factory, the process operator and technician trades require a DAE in chemical, electrical, electronics or automation, with a maximum joining age of 20 years.

How to apply

Applications are made online only, through Nestlé's official careers portal, and the factory listings state an application deadline of 8 November 2026. The process has four steps: an online application, an on-site test, an interview for shortlisted candidates, and a selection announcement with placement details. Persons with disabilities are asked to attach their certificate in the additional-documents section. The number of seats is not stated on the listings. Apply through the official Nestlé careers listing for the Sheikhupura factory, or the equivalent factory listing for Kabirwala or Islamabad, before the deadline. JobsLeap confirms the same 8 November closing date for the apprenticeship.
