Pizza Express has ended its £1 main meals offer, with the popular promotion coming off menus from Sunday 25 October 2026. The deal, which ran across more than 240 restaurants, let customers buy a favourite main dish for £1 when another main meal was purchased, and was described as one of the most popular offers on the menu.

How the deal worked

The offer ran from 2 September 2026 and covered dishes including the American Hot and the Pollo Ad Astra pizzas. It was a limited-time promotion, and its end was already scheduled rather than a sudden withdrawal. Earlier in the same week, the chain also ended its kids-eat-free offer and a teens pizza-and-a-drink deal in Scotland. The £1 deal has run several times before, including in January and June, so its return at a later date is possible but not announced.

What is still available

Customers can still use the £10 Power Lunch deal, offering a selected main and a drink between 11:30 a.m. and 3 p.m., and the After School Club menu between 3 p.m. and 5 p.m., where items including a Piccolo Meal and Dough Balls cost £5. For the run-up to Christmas, customers can book a table to receive any starter and any main for £20. Signing up to the Pizza Express Club app also gives a free side of Dough Balls on a first visit.

Where the offer applied

The £1 mains offer applied at participating Pizza Express restaurants across the United Kingdom, as well as through Click & Collect and Pizza Express Delivers, but not at airport locations, Pizza Express Pods, or the Brixton, Earls Court, Finsbury Park and Pizza Express Live sites. Readers planning a visit should check the current menu for their local restaurant, as offers change frequently. Source: The Sun.
