The PUBG Mobile Global Open 2026 Season 2 reaches its deciding day on Sunday 25 October 2026, with the second and final day of the Grand Finals taking place at the Expo Center in Lahore, Pakistan. Sixteen finalist teams are competing for a share of a $500,000 prize pool, with up to seven matches scheduled on the final day.

How the final day works

The final day uses the Smash Rule, under which the Match Target Point is set at 67 points. In simple terms, once a team reaches that target, the championship picture sharpens quickly, which tends to make the closing matches tense for teams near the top of the standings. Twelve teams reached the Grand Finals from the Group Stage, with four more coming through the Survival Stage.

What happened on day one

The finalists played six matches on day one of the finale, setting up the deciding day in Lahore. Finalists will also earn points towards the PUBG Mobile Global Championship, known as PMGC, which adds a longer-term prize beyond the immediate prize pool. For teams that have already banked a strong day one, the task on day two is to protect a lead; for the rest, it is to chase the target before the matches run out.

Why Lahore matters

Hosting a global esports final in Lahore puts Pakistan's esports scene in front of an international audience, and the Expo Center setting underlines how large live esports events have become. Fans can follow the final day through the event's livestream channels. The Daily Byte will not publish live scores in this brief; check the official broadcast for results as they are confirmed.
