They also need three years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, project management or field monitoring, and computer literacy including MS Office and tools such as Primavera or STATA. Monitoring Associates will monitor and evaluate the department’s development project, including data collection, reporting, documentation and site inspections.
Office Boys need a minimum of Middle (grade 8) education and one year of experience in an office environment, with an age limit of 30 to 45 years. Drivers need a valid LTV driving licence and two years of driving experience; retired drivers in good health are also eligible, and no age limit is printed in the advertisement for the Driver post.
Applications are made on the prescribed form, which is available from the Higher Education Department website. The form must be typed — hand-filled forms are not accepted — and sent with attested copies of the CNIC, degrees and certificates, plus a detailed CV, to the Section Officer (General), Higher Education Department, Old DPI(C) Building, New Anarkali, Lahore. Candidates applying for more than one post must use a separate application form and envelope for each post, with the post name written on the upper-right corner of the envelope. The department can be contacted on 042-99210031.
The department runs the province’s public colleges and higher education institutions, and the new posts will support its secretariat in Lahore as the ERP system is rolled out to colleges. Candidates should check the department’s website for the prescribed form and any update to the advertisement before posting their application.
The advertisement, reference SO(G)11-455/2026 and IPL-11722, does not state monthly salary amounts or the contract duration, so no pay figure is given here. Government employees must apply through the proper channel. Incomplete or late applications will be rejected, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for interview. Candidates should read the full advertisement on the department’s website before applying, as the department may update its requirements.
