Sky graduate schemes close 15 November

Sky's graduate programmes for 2027 close on Sunday 15 November 2026, giving applicants one week left to apply for roles based at the broadcaster's Osterley campus in west London. The deadline covers the Digital Graduate Programme and the Emerging Technology Graduate Programme, and Sky says applications may close earlier if volumes are high, although not before 1 November.
The Digital programme runs for two years, with three eight-month rotations across digital marketing, e-commerce and artificial intelligence, and is listed at £36,000 a year on graduate careers sites. The Emerging Technology programme starts with an immersive bootcamp followed by two years of rotations through teams working on software, networks, broadcast technology, cyber security, artificial intelligence and technology delivery. Sky's own programme description says no technical background is needed, only a genuine interest in technology and its effect on customers.
Both programmes are open to final-year undergraduates, postgraduates and graduates, and a degree in any subject is accepted. Applicants may apply to only one Sky programme per year. Sky does not offer visa sponsorship for these roles, so applicants need the right to work in the UK for the full programme.
After applying online, candidates complete two online assessments, which Sky says must be done without AI assistance, before an in-person assessment centre. Any offer is conditional on passing a criminal record check. Applicants should confirm the salary, deadline and eligibility details on Sky's own application page before applying, as listings can close early.
