The Staff Welfare Organization, working under the Establishment Division, has invited applications from candidates holding a Balochistan domicile for seven vacant posts at its Quetta office. The recruitment covers four posts: Instructor, Driver, Chowkidar and Farash. The advertisement, published in The Express Tribune on 4 November 2026 under reference PID(I) 4067/26, is part of the federal government's Balochistan employment drive.

The largest opening is for Chowkidar, with three posts in BPS-01, followed by two Driver posts in BPS-04. There is one Instructor post in BPS-11 and one Farash post in BPS-01. The Instructor post asks for an Intermediate qualification with shorthand and typing speeds of 80 and 30 words per minute, along with three years of experience as a typist. Drivers need a primary pass and a valid driving licence, while Chowkidar and Farash applicants need a primary pass.

The age limit is 18 to 25 years for the Instructor, Chowkidar and Farash posts and 18 to 30 years for Drivers, with the age relaxation for Balochistan candidates set out in the advertisement. Only candidates holding a Balochistan local or domicile certificate can apply.

Applications must be submitted online through the National Job Portal within 15 days of the advertisement, which gives a closing date of 19 November 2026.
