TaskUs has reported record quarterly revenue, driven by fast-growing demand for its artificial intelligence services. The outsourcing group posted service revenue of $314.7 million for the third quarter, up 5.4% on a year earlier and $12.7 million above the top end of its own guidance.

AI services were the standout. Revenue from the division rose 27.7% year on year to $75 million, its eighth consecutive quarter of growth above 25%. The business has now passed $250 million in revenue over the past twelve months and became TaskUs’s second-largest service line for the first time.

Chief executive Bryce Maddock said growth was powered by work for autonomous vehicle, robotics and frontier AI model customers. Revenue from autonomous vehicles and robotics is expected to exceed $100 million for the full year, more than three times the 2025 level.

Digital customer experience revenue grew 7.1% to $175.9 million, accelerating for a third straight quarter. Trust and safety revenue fell 15.8% to $63.9 million, as the company’s largest client cut volumes through automation. That client now accounts for 17% of revenue, down from 27% a year earlier.

Net income for the quarter was $26.2 million. TaskUs raised its full-year 2026 revenue outlook to between $1.249 billion and $1.251 billion and guided fourth-quarter revenue of $319 million to $321 million. The results, for the quarter ended 30 September, were announced after the US market closed on 4 November.
