Warhammer Store Assistant Job Closes 15 November

Games Workshop is hiring a full-time Warhammer Store Assistant for its shop on Tottenham Court Road in central London, with applications closing on Sunday 15 November 2026.
The role is 40 hours a week at the company's store at 251 Tottenham Court Road. Games Workshop runs more than 550 stores around the world, and describes them as the gateway to the worlds of Warhammer, where customers first learn about its miniatures.
The successful candidate will welcome new customers into the hobby, give hands-on guidance and help create a fun and engaging atmosphere in the store. The role also involves making decisions that help grow the store and keep the Warhammer hobby alive in the local community.
Games Workshop says it is looking for someone who is customer focused, cheerful and professional, and who can turn every customer interaction into a positive and memorable experience. The company states that attitude and behaviour matter even more than skills and experience, and that it will provide all the training and support needed to succeed.
The package includes a company pension, a sharesave scheme, training, recognition programmes and staff discounts. No salary figure is published in the advert, which describes pay as based on a global pay banding structure.
Applicants are asked to send a letter or a video explaining why they want the job, together with an up-to-date CV. The company also publishes a guide to its application process on its jobs website, and questions can be sent to its store recruitment team.
The selected candidate will need to undergo a criminal background check, in line with the laws of the country where they will be employed.
