Mbappe double gives Real Madrid 2-1 Clasico win at Barcelona

Kylian Mbappe scored twice as Real Madrid beat LaLiga leaders Barcelona 2-1 at Camp Nou on Sunday, becoming the first side to beat Barcelona in the league this season. The deadlock was broken in the 41st minute when Mbappe deflected Gerard Martin's clearance into the net from close range, a fortuitous opener for a Madrid side that had looked to quieten the home crowd from the start.
Raphinha reply, Mbappe winner
Barcelona levelled shortly after the hour when a quick corner allowed Pedri to find Raphinha in space in the box, and the Brazilian's shot beat goalkeeper Andriy Lunin, who was standing in for Thibaut Courtois. With three minutes remaining, Eduardo Camavinga broke in behind the Barcelona defence and laid the ball across for Mbappe to score his second into an open goal, his 87th-minute winner sparking wild celebrations and a knee slide from Madrid coach Jose Mourinho.
Title race reopened
Barcelona remain top of LaLiga with 27 points from ten games, one ahead of Atletico Madrid in second, while third-placed Real Madrid move to 24 points. It was a second straight defeat in a bad week for Hansi Flick's side, whose winning start to the league season is over, and Real's first win in Barcelona in three years leaves the title race firmly alive.
